Kiddush Sponsorship - Form - Marlboro Jewish Center

Thank you for your interest in sponsoring a Kiddush at MJC. Sponsoring a Kiddush is an excellent way to share your simcha or honor/remember a loved one, while helping to strengthen our community and bring people together for a warm Shabbat experience.

We have three options for the Kiddush sponsorship: An “Oneg-style” Community Kiddush, a Catered Community Kiddush Luncheon, and a Catered Private Family Celebration. Please read about the different options on our Kiddush webpage: https://www.mjcnj.com/kiddush. Then you can fill out and submit this Kiddush sponsorship form to make your selections.

All Kiddush forms must be submitted at least one (1) month prior to the date of the Simcha.

Please note:

Upon submitting the form, the charges for your Kiddush will be billed to your account.
Payment in full is required at least ten (10) days before the date of the Kiddush.
Payments can be split, and do not need to be made in one action. The first payment is required at the time of submission.
If payment has not been made in full by the required due date, MJC will charge your payment method on file for the remaining balance.
We kindly ask that you provide us with an accurate and good-faith estimate of your expected number of guests. This information is vital, as it directly influences our planning of food quantities, seating arrangements, and buffet logistics.
Please note that if actual attendance exceeds your confirmed count by 10% or more on the day of the kiddush, an additional fee will be applied to cover the resulting overage.
The purchase is a tax-deductible donation and you will not be charged tax for the sponsorship. As such, the food remains the property of the congregation.
